We will send you the questionnaire which will allow you to establish your priorities by chosing the features, functions, and reports that you (or your client) may want.

You "weight" or establish points/values for each question:

• A weight of Zero (0) indicates no importance or no interest (can also be left blank).
• A weight of 1 to 3 indicates low significance.
• A weight of 4 to 6 indicates moderate significance.
• A weight of 7 or 8 indicates high significance.
• A weight of 9 indicates "must have". Any product not having this feature will be rejected.
  
  We recommend not using 9's unless absolutely necessary.
